Bleeding in early pregnancy - any positive stories?

I posted this thread in Conception, but thought I might get some help here too!

I had some pinky brown spots at nearly 6 weeks - went to early pregnancy unit and they saw a heartbeat. In retrospect the blood may have been because I was rummaging and looking for it

Then at 7 weeks I had bright red blood like a medium-heavy period including a couple of smallish clots. By the time we got to A&E it had stopped and scan next day showed everything to be fine. They said it is very common at that stage when the placenta forming.

They also said if it is a miscarriage they can do nothing about it which I found reassuring because it means you can't prevent it so you have to not worry about what you are doing yourself eg have you rushed around too much.

This gives me peace of mind. Praying for good results on our first ultrasound with a heartbeat on Thursday. I am turning 8 weeks and just had bleedings. I take Duphaston as prescribed by my doctor.

I'm 6 weeks pregnant, i started bleeding yesterday today i noticed that the bleeding has stopped... i didn't sleep a wink last night 😭😭😭did anyone experience this on their early pregnancy?? Thank you 😍

Hi guys. I am 6 weeks pregnant and had a large amount of red bleeding last night and some brown spotting today. I was sure that it was a miscarriage but today I was able to hear heart beat:) There was a big hematoma on the ultrasound. They gave me 1 week bed rest and progesterone shots. I googled every single blog yesterday and promised myself I will come back and write to give information to others if everything turns ok. Thank you for all useful comments.
