Shit now I'm panicking regarding itchy fanjo and being pregnant!!

I saw on another thread about BV causing MC.

I have been itching like mad for a while. Before I was pregnant. I am now 13 weeks.

I saw the doc and she prescribed thrush cream but it didn't work (I didn't use the pessary).

I'm due to go back to docs in a couple of weeks and was going to wait until then but now I'm panicking like mad. I'm really itchy and it does smell pretty strong but it does come and go.

What do I do?

I have had discharge - brown, yellow, greenish, bloody, all the way through, no infections or anything! Seems to have eased off a bit now, just whitish, am 32 weeks. Just one of those things.
