I am nearly 15 weeks and I've not been near the gym for about 7 weeks.
I was quite a gym bunny before but due to time/work/tiredness I've been mainly doing some Davina McCall DVDs at home for toning.
Just back from 10 days holiday and feel I should be exercising but not sure what to do as I get tired very easily and I'm anxious not to harm my little one!
I'm wondering if my £40 a month gym membership a waste of money. Is everyone else still going to the gym?
