I am 39 , and 33 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. I am really really struggling to function now and got 7 weeks to go .

Anyone else?

I became knackered just putting a cushion cover on today

If I eat anything I feel over full and breathless.

Can`t lie on back cos get a bit breatless and stars in front of eyes

Braxton hicks are now dead strong and make me have to stand still.

And dont get me started on tiredness

If I cough I piss a bit.

Oh ladies, ladies, ladies. THANK YOU..... I'm 35 weeks with my second. My 23 mth toddler has turned from being a little angel to a gremlin and I have the ex from hell who is causing all sorts of problems for me.

I had my 1st at 42 weeks after failed induction, countless internals, oxytocin and finally an emergency c-section. At the beginning of this pregnancy it was assumed by my doctors taht I would have an elective CS due to previous labour. BUT like a bloody fool I said no and that I'd try for a VBAC.Well am I flipping kicking my big round self now!!!!!!!

They are now saying that they will give me a CS if baby doen't appear by 41wks. I am in so much pain with PVD and can bearly walk.

I'm a lone parent with no real support so am feeling increasingly sad and spend most of the day either crying or wanting to cry.

My daughters 2nd b'day is two week before my due date so I'm also trying to sort out her pressies and a small gathering for her whilst in this state.

Have the same problem with leaking when i cough or move too quickly. Having panic attacks at night when I do finally get to sleep and my breasts are so sore, which isn't helped by quite a big 23 mth old climbing all over me all day.

How likely is it that this baby will put me out of my misery and arrive early????

I am so glad I have found this thread I am 39 pg with DS3 35 weeks and everything is going wrong... I can't sleep for more than 1 hour without waking up to go to the toilet, and sometimes when I wake up I don't go to sleep for the next 2 or 3 hours!!! Thrush comes and goes. I am completely irrational and feel so tired it makes me tearful, oh and I am being eaten alive by mosquitos so have loads of itchy bites that don't help my insomnia. And to top it all off I have a cold! Bring on the end of august, sore boobs and sleepless nights .

34 weeks, spotty, rubbish bp, can't sleep, heartburn, no room in my stomach anymore, stressy, and to top it all baby seems to be standing up - little sod! No prospect of straightforward vaginal birth in lovely MLU for me. HA. Isnt there an emoticon for blowing a big fat raspberry, followed by one eating massive amounts of chocolate?

I'm 28 and 34 weeks pregnant. I've had a brilliant pregnancy up until the weekend where the comment from a mate about me looking like a 'great white whale' in my new white summer dress tipped me into a depression. I'd been dealing with the 'God, you're HUGE' comments pretty well till then and ended up sobbing to my bemused DH about how hideous I feel! 'What the hell do they expect? A flat stomach when I'm 6 weeks away from giving birth?!'

I'm boiling hot, wake in the night out of breath, can't get comfortable and if I do, the baby gives me a kicking. Knackered all the time, can't remember what my feet look like, God knows what state my bikini line is in. Oh and this morning I woke up with my first stretchmark. I checked again when I got to work and have three more. Roll on September 7th...

I'm 29, 30+1 with second child.

I still have 8 weeks left at work, this includes 40 hours work and a 2 hour daily commute with DD (3.5) in tow.

I skidded on a wet pavement last week and it seems to have brought on SPD (which was faintly building up over the last few weeks), it's too hot everywhere, especially on horrible commuter trains which are always rammed and there are never seats and I feel a bit grumpy.

My feet are swollen so I feel like I've just woken up all the time, I can't be bothered with work I'm sck of colleagues commenting on how fat and greedy I am and my moaning (mainly not experessed to others) is getting on my nerves.

Oh that felt nice

ohnororo · 26/07/2010 12:54

I'm 31 + 2 and have really started to feel it too. I'm 28 and this is my first baby.

1st Trimester was a bit miserable due to MS and feeling knackered all the time, 2nd Trimester was a dream, felt full of energy, glowing and generally delighted with myself and now I'm in my third trimester I'm slowing down FAST.

Can't get out of bed without making a noise like a male weight lifter. Even maternity clothes feel tight, my baby's kicks have evolved from gentle flutters to what feels like full on body slams against the walls of my uterus, I have to wee every 5 minutes and I too committed to staying at work until 38 weeks and am starting to regret it. DP pointed out that this pregnancy will probably be the easiest as I have no other little ones to look after! I'm in awe of Pregos with toddlers, how do you do it?

yama · 26/07/2010 13:02

MummytoSquidgies - I too am having a C Section on the 19th August for dc2. I will be 39+4 weeks by then.

My first pregnancy was much, much easier than this one. I just want to be comfortable and able to breath properly. Not much to ask.

Womama1 · 04/09/2016 18:07

I'm 39 and 33+5. I have hip pain and a number burning patch on my front thigh, I'm either starving with a grumbling stomach or feel overfull and sick. Tired or unable to sleep because can't get comfortable. Have found gaviscon totally useless and use tums which are fast acting and excellent. I don't want to whinge because pregnancy has been fine up til now apart from the worry if everything is alright with the little one. Keep reminding myself that I'm on the home stretch now. As this is my first I'm sure I'll look back on these days with longing once I am no longer able to sleep or wee in peace for the next god knows how many years!
