Regression with night time bed wets

My Daughter (3.5) did so well with potty training we went to no nappies at night quite quickly, she was doing well for months, now seems to have regressed and has had an accident every night for at least the last two weeks and it's driving me insane. My son (2.5) is also potty training. Any suggestions should she go back to night time nappies?

My eldest was dry in the day at 2, but he wore pull ups at night until 8. Its not something you can train

Check what she’s drinking.

As just said in another thread, DS was night trained young (just kept waking up dry) but had random accidents that we worked out was when he had “no added sugar” fruit squashes at friends houses and birthday parties.

It’s the artificial sweeteners that irritate the bladder and cause it.

Froot Shoots are the worst!

That's interesting, I will keep an eye on that, could explain it.

My children were not dry at night until 4-5. I was still wetting bed aged 10 !
Just put pull ups on and relax.

Have there been any changes or stressors in her life recently? My daughter had been dry at night consistently for a year and then wet her bed every night for 10 days in a row. Had her tested for a UTI but in the end I think she was just stressed about starting school as they’d been talking about it a lot at nursery. It stopped as suddenly as it started and she hasn’t had an accident since (over a year).

I agree with this too if it’s a regular issue.

DD is much older than DS (and is mildly neurodiverse) and still needs them.

Naje sure she isn’t drinking squash etc as it’s a diuretic.
