Potty training regression

We started potty training our 2.5 year old about two months ago, and she got it pretty quickly, in a week or so she was was totally accident free and continued like this for a month.
Suddenly after a month she started having poo accidents at nursery pretty much every day, but still never had any accidents at home. This went on for about 3 weeks, then last week she started having poo accidents at home and has done every day since (she won't even tell us that she has done it). I'm really not sure what to do with this now and feel like I've tried everything. I'm actually considering putting her back in nappies now full time although my partner doesn't think this is a good idea.
Has anyone got any similar experience please? Any advice is very much welcome.

It’ll either be behavioural because she is distracted by playing and not paying attention to her body sensations, or because she is distressed about something, or because she is enjoying the attention. Or she’s constipated - which she can be even if there is a poo a day. Or a combo of all of those

Eric are great, start there.

I could have wrote this exact post.
my little boy is also 2.5 and has done exactly the same two months in.
We have another baby due in around 7 weeks so I think his is partly because he can sense change 🫣
