Hi, we've slowly started our 3 year old potty training using the ERIC and associated little bunny bear guide. She's been doing well at awareness but won't always sit on the potty, but I think we're nearly at a stage where we can "say goodbye to nappies" and go for it. Thing is, the way I understand it, ideally you'd need to be at home for a few days to help with that first initial stage and deal with accidents etc, but I work in the week so that just leaves weekends. I'd welcome any advice particularly from anyone who's juggled this stage with going out to work or similar. Thank you!
