My daughter has been potty trained day and night for a couple of months now. She only had the occasional accident at night previously.
Lately, she has been wetting the bed more frequently, and I think it's because she has learned that when she wets the bed she get to sleep in my bed. She will often come in and the first thing she says is "mummy's bed".
She doesn't have any illness or stress at the moment. She has been dry at night for a long time before we potty trained, even when she was very young she rarely wet her nappy at night.
Should I put her back in nappies? Or just not let her in our bed? To be honest I love the snuggles but I don't want to make a habit of it. She has always been a good sleeper.

If you think that's the reason, why not yet double sheeting her bed? Waterproof protector, sheet, protector, sheet. That way, if she wets the bed, you just take the first layers off and it's ready to go again. Once she sees she doesn't get into your bed, it might stop it.
I also find it useful to have multiple repeated conversations with my daughter. You could try saying that if she wants in your bed, she can come. No need to wet her bed etc
Good luck

Thank you the double sheets is a good idea. I suppose going to nappies is going backwards!
