Night time nappies - when to stop?

DS is 3 years, 4 months. Has been day time toilet trained for about a year, and reliability dry for 10 months (no accidents).

However, we still put a nappy on him for bed. For some reason I just thought he would start to wake up dry eventually. But he wakes up with a very full wet nappy every morning. He will have a wee before bed, and if he doesn't will get back up to go to the loo as he is dozing off. But then sleeps deeply and doesn't wake up till morning. It's always soaked through and he just takes is straight off, goes for a wee and puts pants on (himself). So it doesn't really bother him. Is there anything I can do or should be doing or do I just continue to let him put a nappy on at bedtime for as long as he is happy to do so and is waking up with a wet one?

It's hormonal...don't stress and he'll be dry at night in his own time!
