Potty emptying

Potty training started this weekend. Wees seem to have been mastered so far so good.
We were expecting poo trouble but he did one in the potty tonight.
The problem is how to empty it. I tipped what I could into the loo. Then I used toilet paper to wipe it out.
This led to a blocked toilet and me throwing up in another toilet.

I didn't want to use baby wipes and thought toilet paper was more eco friendly. I'd have put the shitty wipes in a nappy bag for landfill.

So how do you empty and clean a potty?
Thanks in advance

Gross info warning!

DS did solid ones so they were easily flung down the toilet. I had a spray bottle of 50/50 bleach for a quick spray and wipe with toilet paper.

DD does something that resembles tarmac and I fill the potty with water from the bath tap and then fling it down - it takes about 5 fill ups. Then the bleach spray and wipe.

Tip the poop and wee in the toilet. Use a small pad of toilet paper to get the worst stuck on lumps off. Spray with anti bac spray then wipe with a small pad of toilet paper.
I found it difficult, but I just remembered I felt with the nappies. You can buy disposable gloves.

Put a couple of pieces of toilet paper int the potty first then it just slides out.

Feed you child more fibre?

None of ours have ever done poos that coat the inside of the potty unless they've been ill...

Toilet paper in first as per pp.
And get a trainer seat for the toilet and get him to use that as soon as possible, makes life much easier.

My 2 year old does proper ‘turds’ so they tend just to fall out. If they look a bit stuck I put in a bit of water from the bathroom tap to help them slide out.

Thanks for all the advice.
He eats a lot of fruit and never does a solid one. My mum keeps feeding him eggs to firm him up but it doesn't work.
He's not short of fibre either
