So my DD is 4 almost 5 shes been dry in the day since 2.5. Sadly she isnt dry at night and still manages to fill a pull up every night (which leaks most nights). We have tried probably every pull up on the market but they just seem to leak. I have reduced fluids two hours before bed. No blakcurrent or dark coloured drinks and i double void her bladder before she goes to bed. I have two younger children to deal with and changing sheets and putting endless amounts of washing on is starting to wear down my teather. Been talking with my other mummy friends and they suggested going back to proper baby nappies as they hold more. Does anyone do this with their DD or DS, and what do they use. Thanks in advance Smile

My DS is 6 and we use normal nappies. He wees out of pull ups. I know you can get pj pants that absorb like a nappy but they cost a lot.

I recomend pampers baby dry, he fills them every night and in the morning they are heavy but hardly ever leak. If you want to save money supermarket brands are just as good, although DS doesn't like them as much because they can be a bit bulky.

Pampers pull ups and aldi's own are the only pull ups that dont leak for my son

DD (5 years old) can sometimes create the odd soiled nappy at night due to being scared of the dark (tried many things). Anyway I have come to the conclusion that until that stops (it only happens every now and then) I think we need to ditch the pull ups as they don't hold poo in as well :( Just had one of them incidents this early morning :( What are the best nappies for a 5 year old with bedwetting and the odd soiling? Are branded pampers the best bet? Has anyone else had the soiling in the bed wetting nappy too, or do I just have a unique little madam?? Grin

Hi, havent been on in a few days so only just saw your post. We use Pampers Baby Dry for my 4yr old DD, She doesnt like wearing them as when she wakes up in the morning they are very bulky especially if she has done her morinong wee in it. We use Pampers as we find the dont leak, on the odd occasion she poops in her night nappy they always seem to contian it fine until i change her. Would definetly reccomend!

*also- we use the size 7 ones and they were on offer in my local sainsburys last week so might he worth getting them there. hth

Had similar here. We went back to reap nappies. When he started waking with at least half the week dry we forked out for pyjama pants so he could still use the loo at the end of training.. but until signs of the end of night training we went back to proper nappies. Pull ups just cant hold potentially 2 4year old full wees a night
