After recently posting re nearly 3yoDd1' s lack of toilet training some positive advances.
Tuesday: a small pee in toilet
Wednesday: at home 4 accidents and one accident at nursery but 2 pees and a poo on the toilet
Today: nursery no succes at all :(. But when she got home: two small wet accidents but two poos on the toilet.

She was slow to walk but otherwise normal.

I am delighted with any prgress and loathe to go back to nappies. We have some days off soon as a family& hoping I can pay more attention to it.

Stickers are working well & she knows the stars are for using the toilet. She will variably go to the toilet and read books etc. I have to take her & sometimes none on toilet and accident soon after

Is this sounding along the right tracks? Quite disappointed re accidents at nursery but she was apparently too distracted & playing in 'big room'.

Any advice appreciated! Thanks for those that have already! Didn' t think we would have any successes tbh!

sounds like you are doing well:)all you need to do now is persevere. You will get to recognise the sigln that she needs a wee etc. I would ask nursery staff to keep a closer eye on her though.

Thanks for the reply & reassurance!

The nursery is really good and I didn' t want to criticise prematurely. Admittedly if I had had my way we wouldn' t have done it this week but (as usual!) Dd dictates the timetable.

Hopefully over the next 4 days or so we can make some headway and improve by next week. Apart from hour or so car journey to travel....

Let' s hope & persevere!
