Hi

Wondered if anyone had a current link to the brilliantly named 'Mr Poo goes to Poo-land' please?

We're about to start potty training and I know that poos have been a major sticking point (as it were!) for friends' children, and so I thought I would try reading it to ds1 before we start.

TIA

Thank you

Hi, I am new to this site, (and online terminology) your Poo Goes to Pooland book seems perfect for my dd as she won't poo for a week some times.

I know this sounds daft, but how do I PM you for a copy?

Thanks

winnybella · 14/10/2011 10:18

Oh, oh, please, could I have it as well? I'll PM you my email address. TIA Smile

Thanks

thereisalightanditnevergoesout · 17/10/2011 20:02

Please may you PM me, too? I have a three year old who only wants to poo in his nappy (I have posted...)

mummyslittlesoldier · 17/10/2011 23:32

Please could you pm me the mr poo PDF; my little boy is finding it very difficult to poo in potty and not in his pants!

thereisalightanditnevergoesout · 18/10/2011 13:55

TheyCallMeKipper Thank you for the email. I read it to him twice this morning and for the first time in ages, he sat voluntarily on the toilet. He didn't do anything, but even that was a huge step Grin.

TheyCallMeKipper · 18/10/2011 16:09

Yay thereisalightanditnevergoesout! That's fab news; fingers crossed for next time! Smile

For those who want to know how to PM me: look in the pale blue bar above this message which has my name in, followed by the date and time of this post. At the far right hand end of the bar it says message poster. Click on that and send me your email address and I'll email you the PDF.

Hi, this is my first message, but hoping someone can help. we're potty training our 3 year old. Peeing ok, but he is absolutely terrified of pooing, whether its in a potty or a nappy. He's holding for 6 to 10 days then eventually his bowels cannot cope then he screams and cries and literally blocks the toilet. We've been told to get the PDF of Mr Poo goes to Pooland, but I cannot find it anywhere. Can anyone help?! We are desperate and can't stand seeing our wee boy in so much distress. Can anyone send me the link??

sesslebradley · 19/10/2011 11:18

Just googled and got this first up:

Poo goes to Pooland

Hope that works and Kipper can relax Smile.

teamnomistake · 16/11/2011 19:21

Hi all, just wanted to say a v grateful thanks to the lovely Kipper. We've had the Poo story here for about a week now and DS loved it from the start, but still wouldn't actually sit down on the toilet/potty. Until today, that is. We've had 2, yes 2 successful poos on the toilet and both times he was positively gleeful about being able to send Poo back to Pooland "like Ollie". Quite embarassing one of those times as we were in a busy shopping centre toilet and DS is not a quiet child, but hey, if this is what it takes to get him trained then bring it on. Thanks again Kipper, its a valuable public service you are providing.

MrsNortham · 16/11/2011 19:53

Thanks for this, glad I'm not the only one!!

We've been potty training ds and he's got the weeing down straight away (although he will NOT sit on the potty he will only stand and wee)

He freaks out as soon as he needs a poo he starts crying and wants his nappy back on so fingers crossed this work for us too Smile

TheyCallMeKipper · 17/11/2011 12:12

teamnomistake - yay! That's fab news, and thank you so much for taking the time to let us know. Your ds in the public loo talking about Ollie and Mr Poo really made me laugh! So glad it's helped. I finally got round to potty training my ds too and he loved it and he has also decided that Mr Wee needs to go to Wee-wee land.... Grin

silkenladder thanks for that Smile If anyone particularly wants the PDF though or that link stops working (which is what had happened when I first posted this) then I'm quite happy to continue emailing it.
