Hi all

I am just after some help. My wife to be has PND and i am finding very hard to keep things together.

I'm sorry @John1245444455552222 that your DW is suffering.

Which particular aspects are you struggling with? Is it the emotional side or are you finding it difficult caring for the baby and doing the housework?

Emotional looking after little one is a pleasure house work isn't a problem.

That sounds really tough, but there is help and support for men who are struggling emotionally in the postpartum period. Look after yourself. This is such a tough time but it does get better. It’s great that you recognise that you need help, and I hope that both you and your wife are getting support. Do you have family or friends nearby?
