Possible C-section PP problem

Hi all,
I know I will probably have to see a GP in the new year but just wondering if anyone has experienced similar..
I had my second C-section in January, so 11 months ago now. Since May(5 months PP) I started to have intense pelvic cramps, pressure in bum and sometimes nausea from around the time I ovulate and lasting about 7-10 days until I get my period and I feel normal again for about two weeks.
i initially assumed I was having ovulation pain but I think it might be unlikely as it's lasting the bones of 2 weeks! I have terrible health anxiety after a stillbirth 5 years ago and traumatic birth with my eldest then, so I work myself up and I have no doubt I probably stress my body out worrying! I'd really love to hear if anyone experienced anything similar, just to ease my mind!
TIA

Hey @Ripple2020
How you doing?
Did you get sorted?

If it’s any help since having kids, from Ovulation to Period I feel like shit and lots of weird stuff happens.
Different stuff each month. Sometimes it’s pelvic floor, flu symptoms, migraine, headache, urticaria, sore throat, weird spots, swollen eye, extremely stiff joints, anything.

Are you breastfeeding- it can cause lower oestrogen (and it can take some time post pregnancy to get back to “normal” - or new normal.)

Also might be worth looking at pelvic floor/physio.
And therapy for the anxiety/PTsd surrounding the trauma. If you can. (I hope I said that in an ok way - a lot of time people on here come across as super mean when they say “get help”.

Unfortunately if you are currently at the mercy of the NHS this can all take a lot of time to get an appointment- so if you haven’t already - best to get the ball moving and feel positive and proud at being proactive.

If you can pay out of pocket, there’s lots of opportunities to speak to someone knowledgeable.
