C-section scar bleeding at 5 weeks

Hi all,
I am 5 weeks post ELCS and my scar has mostly been healing well. I had it checked a couple of weeks ago at the doctors as I had a stitch that wouldn't dissolve and two very small (maybe 2-3mm) areas which were open and slightly seeping clear fluid. Nurse removed the stitch and said the two open areas would soon resolve themselves if I kept them clean. One did and is fine now. The other has scabbed a couple of times then opened again, each time still leaking the clear fluid. It's a tiny amount of fluid and only leaves a slight mark when I dab it so I'm not too concerned with that. Nurse said it isn't infected. I had a check for something different yesterday and the doctor pressed on my tummy and said all seemed normal. Asked if I had any pain and I said it was a bit tender, which she said was normal at this stage.
Today I've cleaned my scar as I normally would and there was blood on the towel when I dabbed it dry. Only a small amount, say a cm. I looked in the mirror and the open part is bleeding slightly and there's a part just next to it, say 1.5 - 2cm long, which now looks slightly open and is also bleeding. This part wasn't open before so I'm wondering if this is normal? Husband thinks I've probably knocked off a bit of scab that was keeping it closed when I was cleaning it. Dabbed a couple more times and there's nothing on the towel now but if I look I can see blood still at the site, but it isn't oozing or dripping if you know what I mean. Has anyone had this? I'm wondering if it can wait til Monday to speak to the doctor about or if it's something I need sorting now. Thinking if I keep it clean and dry it should scab again on its own? I've been to the doctors about a million times since delivery with worry after worry so if it isn't major I don't want to pester again 😆

How did you get on with this OP? I'm experiencing similar 7 weeks post partum

@GoogieGoggings I went that Monday to the doctors and they said it was normal and to try and keep it dry so it could heal. They put a dressing on which I had on for about two days to keep it dry and after that it was OK. I started blasting it with the hairdryer on cool a couple of times a day and that really helped until it had healed so I'd definitely try that. It's always worth asking your gp/nurse if they can have a look if you're worried.

Thanks, it's been seen by a few people but they said it will heal, it's just taking ages! I think I'm doing too much as I carry my son in a sling and he's 14lbs 14oz at 7 weeks! But with another older one and the school run to do I have to!

@GoogieGoggings Trust your body, you know your limits. I have an older child too so couldn't stop to rest really. The doctors told me being more active would actually help me heal so you're probably doing yourself some good.
