Anyone recommend this?

Sorry to reactivate an old post, but wondering if anyone has kept up with the mutu program? I've had it a couple of years and started it twice. Never got more than a few weeks in before life got in the way.

@PaleGreenGhost I did get through the whole thing, not in 12 weeks, probably took me about 6 months. I was consistent with walking (I do that anyway) and the core exercises and genuinely only skipped the odd day here and there, but I found it so hard to find time for intensives. I was strict though and did fit them in eventually even if it meant spending a few weeks on each module. My core/pelvic floor is not where I would like it, but it has improved a lot, I don't know how much is down to the exercises specifically and how much is just healing time probably a bit of both. I'm now trying to do the core exercises most days to keep working on it but have dropped the intensives as it was actually making me really stressed! What do you think of it? Do you feel it helps when you've done it for a few weeks?

I really liked it until the change to intensive 2. I live in a cramped flat and she was asking me to do stuff I don't have the space for, which is why I think I stopped both times.

That's good to hear you had an improvement though. I think I need to start up again and find a way to power on through to the end. Although I have aerobic fitness because I run, I have stopped doing any strength and toning work and am quite dismayed to find my core strength has almost disappeared. I swear it was so much easier to keep when I was younger!
