Is there a difference between the three in terms of how you treat your feelings and what to expect or what will help?

My mum died two years ago when my daughter was 16 weeks old.

I’ve still no idea if I had post-natal depression or if I was ‘just’ grief stricken, or it was a combination of the two.

I do know that anti-depressants, talking therapy and good old fashioned time helped.

I hope you are ok Flowers

Thank you. I’m sorry about the loss of your mum.

My baby died the day after she was born. I’m really struggling but I also desperately want to try again and can’t bring myself to take any medication. I can’t really talk much about it in rl as I just spend the time crying instead, which kind of defeats the point. I don’t know what to do.

No idea I'm afraid but I just wanted to send you a hug. My little girl was also stillborn, I fell pregnant again (by accident) and am now 27 weeks. I was lucky falling by accident as I was utterly petrified of consciously getting pregnant again, and that terror is with me every day. But it has helped immensely. I still miss my little girl every day, but I also have something positive to focus on. I hope with time things can improve for you x

Thank you for the hug and kind words. I’m sorry about your daughter. It’s all so unfair! I really hope the rest of your pregnancy and labour goes smoothly and well. X
