StealthPolarBear · 25/06/2008 21:09

Hi everyone
yes it's that time of decade again, I have been cleaning windows (we get blinds tomorrow - the paper tablecloths and masking tape can go in the bin )
T has been helping DH repot some plants - he has come in covered in compost with a fair amount round his mouth - so he'll eat dirt but not my cooking?!

cazboldy · 25/06/2008 21:22

Sorry haven't time to catch up, but James got a 3rd and my brother got Champion Jersey!

Wish us luck for tomorrow xxx

Sexonlegs · 25/06/2008 21:28

runnyhabbit · 25/06/2008 21:40

evening

runnyhabbit · 25/06/2008 21:44

Took J for his second swimming lesson in the parent and toddler group. Bless him, he looks way too old to be there. BUT, today, he walked into the pool holding my hand, and then proceeded to walk off on his own Really got into the whole swimming thing, and loved it when the wave machine came on at the end. Kept telling me to go deeper and thought it was hilarious when the waves went over me.
He is like a different child around water, and I can't

lexilex · 25/06/2008 21:55

runny glad lo enjoyed swimming, k loves the water too, though o hates it, gets really freaked out, funny how differant they are. lol. xxx

elkiedee · 25/06/2008 23:42

SOL, sorry to hear about the heartburn - one midwife suggested milk and I found that and icepops actually more help than the more conventional medical ideas - I loathe liquid Gaviscon.

I'm watching LLL now from earlier - I was settling D when it was on and then phoning my mum to tell about midwife appointment. The people on the programme nearly always seem to want something really ridiculous. I've lived most of my life in terraced houses and the odd semi, and I'm always taken aback by the number of people even on smaller budgets who are obsessed with not being overlooked, or want good transport/driving links but object if they can hear cars passing in the distance.

liath · 26/06/2008 07:24

Morning!

Mammyjo, hope you are feeling better minus the gallbladder.

Fingers crossed wee Archie improves, GM.

Hi to everyone else, have been crap at keeping up with the thread I'm afraid.

Ds has stopped BF this week. A bit sad but I think he's had a good run especially after the problems I'd had feeding dd. He is into climbing in a BIG way at the moment and has no fear. Also tends to abscond at the drop of a hat, I was seriously considering buying one of those kiddie tracker devices but think that might be taking paranoia a step too far!

Doobydoo · 26/06/2008 08:15
