Hi ladies, my DD used to sleep for 7 hour stretches in early part of night and but when the 4 month sleep regression hit, we hit a wall.
Dd is EBF and we have gone from settling quickly to feeding to sleep and using a dummy; all just to try and get her to sleep. She is possibly teething as lots of dribbles (although no sign of teeth) and whilst she sometimes feed during the night, it is usually just for comfort.
This has been going on for several weeks and I am exhausted. I know we will be introducing solids soon as well as trying to move her into own room so I worry about the big changes for her ahead. Keen to crack the sleep before then. Not keen on CIO but frankly at this stage, am considering.
Should I sleep train? Should I remove one prop at a time? Where do I start?
