Right now to education . As an ex teacher, the discipline problem on the whole isn't violence (though of course it's a massive problem in some places), It's the constant low level disruption, defiance and backchat that is the hindrance to doing your best teaching, and which OFSTAPO judge you on.

The weakest answers so far. Real issue is lack of love of learning for learnings sake, not just going to school to become job fodder .
