April 22nd TV Debate

I'm going along to be in the audience this Thursday for the Sky News TV Debate - it's being filmed in the South West, although it seems we're not supposed to say exactly where for security reasons.

Would people like an official MN behind-the-scenes report afterwards?

Should I break the rules and heckle/cheer loudly at a strategic moment, and if so then when?

If I'm allowed to ask a question should I go "off-script" and ask about biscuits?

Is there anything else I should think about?

NC deliberately dropped in about his mum being a POW - moving away from the Nazi slur

MmeLindt · 22/04/2010 20:06

I was humming I Am Your Man by George Michael too, Justine.

DH already swearing.

megcleary · 22/04/2010 20:06

ooh roundup will be brill

Jaquelinehyde · 22/04/2010 20:08

Oooh they have all come out fighting I like it!

No anecdotal evidence yet, I may have to re-think my drinking game!

FabIsGoingToGetFit · 22/04/2010 20:08

NC is making me fall asleep.

Hasn't he just contradicted himself?

Roundup will be drunk blur

So far have (1) watch politicians (2) watched Gene Hunt dressed in dungarees on You Tube singing Uptown Girl

CUNextTuesday · 22/04/2010 20:09

Is DC wearing blusher??

MmeLindt · 22/04/2010 20:09

DH has sworn at DC twice now.

And he is normally very mild mannered.

megcleary · 22/04/2010 20:09

What is up with MrLindt?

Jaquelinehyde · 22/04/2010 20:10

A concrete example...sometime ago, something called operation kowala Yes that is a concrete example Cleggy well done!

FabIsGoingToGetFit · 22/04/2010 20:11

ffs just stop slagging each other off

sell your policies

don't piss on the others

dad2chchalk · 22/04/2010 20:11

NC is trying way too hard: I think last week has gone to his head. GB looks like a 62 year old accountant being made redundant, begging his 30 year old boss to keep him on by regailing him with tales of minor successes he had years ago..

megcleary · 22/04/2010 20:11

More personal this time I think?

NoahAndTheWhale · 22/04/2010 20:11

DC either wearing blusher or has slapped cheek disease I think

Jaquelinehyde · 22/04/2010 20:12

AIBU to be getting really annoyed at how DC sticks his thumb out of a fist when making a point.

CUNextTuesday · 22/04/2010 20:12

NC getting the fact he's had a proper job - I think he's ticking off a list of smear allegations to refute...

CaveMum · 22/04/2010 20:12

Hmmm, Mr Brown's "we've got more important things to worry about" on powers to Europe isn't going to wash well.

said · 22/04/2010 20:12

Don't want to watch it this week. It'll be the like the later series of Big Brother when they all became too aware.

Bumperliouzzzzzz · 22/04/2010 20:12

Oh Nick liked his own joke didn't he?

Fab
He rejects the idea of referedum (referenda?) and says there are some things too important to trust to the population of a country that votes to keep Jedward in BGT

thatsnotmymonkey · 22/04/2010 20:13

we should turn this into a drinking game, swill some plonk each time gordon chums up to cleggy...what else??
