I have to say I'm zoning out already, it's all a bit dull. Rehearsed and I don't like the way it reinforces the idea that we are voting for one person a la presidential america rather than voting locally.

Re; the pink tie, my DH has just said he read "somewhere" that they've been advised to wear pink/purple which is less OBVIOUS than red. (sorry all I can find is the mail)
