Political Positions of Mumsnet?

Hi all,

I was just wondering if Mumsnet itself had political positions?

I've seen many different users wih different political views, but on the MNTV video of David Cameron answering questions, there seemed to be many anti-labour posters behind him...

Is this just because it was Cameron or is this the positions of Mumsnet?

Thanks!

Willma,

P.S I am a Lib Dem supporter but may swing either way...

Welcome to MN, Wilma...this is where you need to post

No, you don't need to pledge allegiance to any sort of flag to post on MN . It's a parenting website, not a political pressure group.

To balance this, there is a pic in the Telegraph today of the MN 10th birthday party with Carrie and Justine flanked by the PM and his wife; the latter according to the blurb an avid user of MN. A Miliband brother was there as well, so NuLab out in force. Didn't mention Tory attendance, so go figure.

i think Re: the posters behind Cameron, that MN had to go to his campaign office and set up there, there was some technical difficulties iirc
