I just noticed that people are still chiming in on the outdated thread, the only one on Kamala, from months ago. Time for an update.
Two things are absolutely insane about the U.S. election. One is that it's theoretically still close. Okay, I'm not a fan of Kamala, but she's still a competent, experienced person with a background in law, versus Trump as an inexperienced ignoramus with fascist leanings, under multiple criminal indictments, whose speeches sound increasingly unhinged. Which brings me to the second weirdness, that supposedly there are still people claiming to be "undecided." I rather doubt that. I suspect they're either saying that because they like the attention - or they're like a neighbor of mine, who twice voted for Trump and is undecided as to whether she'll vote for Kamala or not at all.
Seems to me like the first time that the media has talked about "closing arguments," as if it were a legal trial, but:
