That's actually a FABULOUS idea. I wonder if someone has done that yet.

What rights might that be? The Republican Party isn't in favor of taking away rights.

You're kidding, right?

They've already curtailed voting rights of black citizens. A Republican-conservative article now advocates taking away women's voting rights. They are already whittling away at voting rights of Democrats by other methods, such as gerrymandering. They are already taking away women's right to abortions. They are whittling away at rights for citizens to sue. They are whittling away various environmental rights. Trump himself has spoken repeatedly about his wish to take away some basic free-speech rights. Trump also just got into trouble for speaking against the right to unionize. Is that enough, for starters?

I hate cats. This isn't even that clever.

Walz Demolished Vance, According to Poll of Cats

NEW YORK (The Borowitz Report)—Governor Tim Walz trounced Senator JD Vance in Tuesday night’s vice-presidential debate, according to an instant poll of cats.

Ninety-eight percent of cats who watched the debate said that Walz won, despite Vance’s having whiskers and eye makeup that made him slightly resemble a cat.

A broad majority of the cats found Vance “repellent,” with 94 percent saying they would “prefer a dog.”

Finally, 79 percent of cats surveyed said that, if the election were held today, they would pee on Vance.
