What's a No teller in the HoC

Is it someone who would vote no but it isn't counted?

It's an MP who takes on the role of counting other MPs when they walk through the NO voting lobby. There are I think usually 2 tellers for each lobby and they are appointed shortly before the vote.

I don't think an MP would be telling the NO lobby if they supported voting YES, so I think you can consider that they voted NO, even though they didn't as they were counting the others.

Sometimes they would be a no teller if they wanted to vote yes- if they want to force a vote on something that everyone agrees on.
If everyone agrees, they don't vote- so someone has to shout 'no' to have a vote, and then do the telling.
Eg- a vote on the acts of genocide that happened recently.
