I don't know that it would make much difference...with some of the labour MP's who lost their seats it definitely wasn't personal, they just belonged to the wrong party - Jim Murphy is not popular in any circles that I'm aware of.

Ken mackintosh isn't about to step aside to let him run in Eastwood.

The list will be his only shot.

So he's still the Scottish Labour leader but isn't currently an MP or MSP, is he still getting paid and if so by who?
