Question re muslim festivals and seasons of the year.

My husband's step-father has just announced that "each muslim festival can fall at a different season each year"
He thinks that none of the festivals tie in to particular agricultural seasons, unlike those of Judaism. Or Easter which can fall on very different days each year but is always in the spring.
It all sounds unlikely to me, can anyone educate us?

Not very knowledgable, but I know that Ramadan and therefor Eid moves around the calendar.

All the months gradually move around the year - Ramadan being one of the months.

Muslim festivals are set to a lunar calendar not a solar calendar so although the always have the same lunar date each year, the solar date ie 25th sept moves back by two weeks annually
