I'm an atheist with pagan sympathies and DS and I have a kind of general ongoing 'story' that we tell each other, on the theme of DS goes and has tea with The Witch and they have some sort of Adventure. When I started doing it with him I was just rambling in the general 'tell me a story' way, and then we got on to there being a Witch and I just started adding stuff about the friendly witch tells him about herbs and the turning of the seasons etc... but I am running out of ideas, so any recommendations?

I have been looking for a while to show my far younger cousin that being a pagan is my bad as other people in the family have told him (as I am pagan and they church going). But I have yet to find any thing, so all I have been able to do is show him some things in nature when we are out for walks and exsplain them from what I know. If I can Im guna try to take him to the nearest stone circle to have picnic this spring to show the chanages, books are good for adults but I have yet to find a good one for kids.

On a diferent note that of stories, you did not say how old he is but A Hat full of sky by Terry Pratchett is a good book with magic in it, it might give you some more ideas on stories. We have it on spoken word and is great for in the car when we go to Avebury to take my son out for a picnic.
Hope this helps a bit sorry if it's not the answers you wanted.

I found some here but it is an American site. A couple of them look quite good though.

Circle Round by Starhawk, Diane Baker and Anne Hill is very good. Full of stories and ideas for raising children in the Goddess tradition. Lots of songs, poems, stories and child focused rituals.
