Fortune Tellers / Clairvoyants - What are your experiences

Afternoon,

Just curious about this subject. I went to see a clairvoyant about two years ago and had a really good reading. Most of what she said was spot on. My mum went to see a fortune teller about five years ago and had a disastrous reading, where most things predicted to come true in a year were bad, but luckily didn?t happen.

Just wondered if anybody had any really good / bad readings that came true, whether anything spooky happened, or if you?d go again.

Looking forward to reading the postings!

Hi All, just new to this site and was interested in reading the stories about Fortune Tellers. What I would like to know is if anybody has had a bad experience but not really known it. Example, my sister went to a fortune teller and she told her she was going to come into a lot of money. My sister thought she was going to win the lottery but what happened was her husband suddenly passed away a few months later aged 36 and she received a lot of money and property as a result. So this was an accurate reading but a very disturbing one. Does any one else have any of these stories to share. Another example was a friend was told by the fortune teller that she could see her counting lots of money, this friend ended up in a prison cell due to the fact that she helped her friend, not knowing she was in trouble with the police and she was a criminal!!!

Yes I went at a very troubled time my long term partner had left. She told me who he had been having an affair with that she was living abroad this turned out to be true. She told me about my granddad how he had died . She warned me about my fathers heart he died of a heart attack a few months later. Then she said soon I would have another son. She asked me who ..... Was. I said I don't know anyone of that name it was an unusual name. She said that it was because I haven't met him yet . Anyway I then met him and We had a son. 😮

I know I'm super late for this and have no idea if anyone will see it haha, but this happened today and I found this thought I'd share. I just finished work and I was walking to the bank (people are always selling stuff in town centres where I live so nothing new) and then this women comes to me like "do you want a fortune telling" I'm like "not really" (because I had no money the reason why I was heading to the bank pft) but she doesn't leave me she just says to me "you're lucky" I'm thinking (am I?-Because I get so much bad luck or feels like I do, how the heck am I lucky) then she says "you need to stop worrying" -I was shocked because I was thinking (how the heck does she know I worry- I do worry about everything) and she says "stop apologising you'll be ok" I'm just stood there frozen like what am I supposed to do here. (I literally didn't say a word apart from not really and no, she never gave me a chance to speak)..Then she goes "do you want to buy this for good luck" (they were flowers) and I said no of course because again I had no money on me then she walked away finding her next "target". But I sort of feel creeped out like did she just want money? But then how did she know I worry and apologise. Now I don't know what to do with myself haha. How do I know she wasn't just making it all up and she was just lucky guessing because I'm pretty sure my face gave clues at this point (I was a bit scared), I was all by myself and yikes this never happened to me. I've always been curious but also scared but the fact she didn't stop talking and let me carry on is kinda of spooky. Did she really get the need to tell me I'll be ok...

I used to be very into tarot and psychic readings. I even read tarot. It is often accurate though there are many charlatans. However I believe it is dangerous to dabble in the spirit world. I am now a Christian and the Bible teaches there are no ghosts in the sense of dead people but there are 'deceiving spirits'. Of you open a door to spirits it can be dangerous. This is borne out by my personal experience. I was speaking to a medium who claimed to be speaking to my grandma. She knew stuff about me that she could not have guessed. But then she said something my grandma would never have said and I suddenly went cold and thought 'whoever this is, it is not my grandma.' I believe the medium meant no harm but she was deceived. I threw out my cards and I haven't dabbled since.

Everybody is on their own spiritual path. The majority of people will be cynical about psychics and channellers mediums. It is always healthy to be sceptical and maintain an open mind but try and lose the cynicism. You will only ever believe if you have your own experience. If you find a good medium who tells you several things that are impossible for her to know you will be more open. You may still doubt and think it was a fluke. But the more experiences you have a more you start building up your own belief system. However, you cannot persuade anyone else to believe something they are not ready to believe. I had my own experience in 1994 and have totally changed my belief system since then. Personally I have no doubt that when you die you cross over. And that you meet your loved ones again. I am no longer afraid of dying. I do not see it as a negative experience.

You need to start listening to your inner voice and your gut instinct. This is what tells you the direction that you should be going in. This is also where you get your inspir(it)ation from and your guidance from spirit. When you get shivers down your spine that normally means that spirit is around you, usually a loved one. You need to talk to them and ask them for guidance. They will find a way of communicating with you and leading you down the right path but you have to be open to their guidance. Listen to songs on the radio. They are often used to send you a message by the other side. Be aware of the fact that people are put into your path to help you.

You might think it's a coincidence when you bump into someone you know who you haven't seen for awhile but they have actually been put into your path that day for a reason. You just have to figure out what it is. It might be for example that they tell you that they found a lump in their breast and went to get it checked out. It might be that you have also had a lump in your breast for awhile and have been meaning to get it checked out but that the conversation with this friend is what finally persuades you to go to the doctor. That is spirit trying to get you to do something.

Of course finding a good medium is the best way to communicate but you have to be aware of the con artists. Again use your gut instinct. I found the channellingerik.com website. It features a lot of good psychics mediums and channellers.

Of course most people that read what I have posted will think it's rubbish. But more and more people are coming out of the spiritual closet now and discussing these experiences. So do try to maintain an open mind. Find a good medium. Read "conversations with God" Read books by Dolores Cannon. Watch Alba Weinmann doing regression hypnosis that takes people back to their many previous lives. Look up psychics John Edward and Matt Fraser on YouTube. It may not convince you at all. Or It may just change your life.

I totally agree!

Always go with your gut and you may never go wrong.
I believe things happy for a reason.

Yesterday I went to a medium second time I had been to her in a matter of 2 years.

She did contradict herself on a few things I must admit.

But I just needed a few questions answered and a bit of guidance it was just lovely to sit there and talk to someone who didn't know me and give me spiritual guidance.

I think we all need that sometimes.
It did cost me though
But I felt I needed it and feel better today for it.

Hi! I was with a clairvoyant who was reading cards. I was once with a fortune teller, just out of curiosity, it was interesting to see how it works. She very accurately told me about the relationship with one person and also said that soon I will be offered some interesting project, and that I should not miss this case, because this happens once in a lifetime. I was very impressed with the final card layout, where my card was surrounded by four kings. I decided to study the topic of tarot cards in more detail on my own with the help of thetarot.guru/yes-or-no-tarot-spreads/ and there I was able to find all the necessary information to learn about my future.
