Has anyone ever cast a spell on this night, and if so did it work?

Going to see friends in a few weeks, there is a witch that I kinda know, gonna get some help and advice from her.

Thought that with the sun's power being at its peak then and the energy real good, that spells for healing and good fortune would tend to work better on this night. Well so I thought anyway.

Yes, the energy would be high at the Solstice. Not therefore a night for dabbling, you really should know what you are doing.

Be especially careful if you decide to do something for good fortune, you need to be very cautious wih your intentions.

As far as have I done them and did they work - sorry, don't like to discuss it. My workings are between me and the Goddess.

SG, am really interested in wicca, read lots on it, but how do you find people so to speak that are into it also.

Everyone I know has never heard of it, so how would I go about finding someone who can teach me?
