i really need to learn how to relax, stop worrying what others think of me, and chill.
i am a worrier. i will worry myself into an early grave if not careful.....so ive gone and done this on the absolute spur of the moment....it was this or a spa weekend....hope to god this is worth it!

can anyone tell me what to expect? i am going alone. its a bit scary and ive never done anything like this before.

thanks

I'd love to go on something like this. I hope you'll get lots from it.

You're probably best going yourself, that way you can just be by yourself and not have to 'overthink' or do any post analysis with friends. This way, you can immerse yourself into your own headspace, and inner world without distractions.....
Enjoy it, see how you feel and meditating can empower you in a way that nothing else can.
Lots of love x IB

It sounds wonderful peg! Was it the meditation part or the retreat part (or both) that are new to you? I've never been on a retreat like this, only done meditation as a part of my yoga class. I think getting away from everything to do this would be perfect - hope you really enjoy it!

That looks amazing! Enjoy!

I went on a (Christian based) retreat about using meditations. It was wonderful, we (silent retreat) could use different senses / resources. It was a wonderfully creative time for me. There were guided group sessions on the themes of the week. And the chance (once a day) to reflect on things with a counsellor 1:1.
