Fell asleep last night before I watched the film. Will be watching it tonight.

I'm really intrigued by this! I read the thread last night thinking what a load of bollocks and decided to try the yellow balloon thing. Ds just found an old balloon pump that had fallen down behind the microwave and started demanding a balloon to pump up so I looked in the junk drawer on the off chance that there might be some in there amongst all the other crap. There was one, on top of all the other stuff and its yellow! The cosmos obviously has a very speedy delivery service

Icedink I am really impressed by how quickly some of you guys are manifesting your yellow balloons! Like I said I usually give 3 days for a balloon or blue butterfly or whatever and some of you are getting yours so quickly. You're all better at it than I am

Well, randomly in the shower this morning I decided to ask the universe for a letter to come, from hmrc, hopefully containing a cheque . Came home this afternoon and what was on the doormat?? you guessed it a brown hmrc letter . unfortunately it didn't contain a cheque lol but I will work on my request refining skills!
What am I doing wrong?!

Think of yourself as a money magnet or an abundance magnet attracting good things of all types to you and be grateful for all the good already in your life

Thank you so much Raymond I sound such a money grabber, I'm not really lol just would love (as would everyone) not to have the constant worry about bills and stuff.

Am usually sceptical about woo stuff but was thinking about a yellow balloon yesterday and today I came back from holiday and in my kitchen cupboard was a yellow balloon! Neither of the kids is claiming it as theirs and I have no recollection of it being there before we went away, obviously not woo after all I'm convinced!

I once ordered someone to phone me with some good news i was waiting for by 12.08 that day (ordered at about 11am). Well 12.08 came and went and nothing. So I phoned them at 12.11 and they gave me the good news. Still felt like it had gone a bit wrong. What do you make of that??

No yellow balloon so far, but I am wondering if deep down I am blocking it as DS has ASD and is scared of balloons so I know he would find it distressing if we came upon one.

I think I will need to think of something else.

Standing erm I think you got your good news? I'm not a fan of exact times being given to the Universe. It isn't our job to boss it about and you'll find the Universe doesn't really work like that.

Superior possibly. If there is any negative association or doubt attached then you will block it. Try something else, this is just practicing to hone your skills. Try a pink car or a blue butterfly or something like that.

Does the balloon need to be inflated? Just found a big yellow one in an old party bag....

I take the point about bad karma. I will stop wishing bad things on XH. I'm sure it will happen at some point without my wishes.

Skye the balloon can be inflated, not inflated, burst, a drawing of one, a name, any format. The point is you ask, believe and receive.
The many different formats of what you receive is why it isn't our job to worry about the hows, wheres and whys.

It's much better to focus on you and what you want.
Forget your ex, never put your energy there.
Focus on where you want to see yourself and in a positive manner. Remember you're a magnet attracting what you're putting out there.
The Universe will take care of your ex.

I'd like my living room to be decorated. Is it best to put in my cosmic order, do nothing, and wait, or would actually getting started on the work myself interfere with the cosmic order delivery process?

This morning was watching children's TV and was something about a party, I noticed balloons but had forgotten all about my order and to be honest was half asleep

An hour later I twigged and realised I probably missed seeing my yellow balloon so found the episode online and there's several balloons, but mainly yellow, in one scene

So does it count if I didn't actually 'see' my balloon? Or is my real balloon on its way?

I was a bit of a smartarse and asked for a silver balloon,less likely to be a coincidence.
I saw a car today on a car dealers forecourt decorated in silver and gold star shaped balloons,its not a route I usually take but I had to detour. I was a bit wow.

Nauticant you do have to take action with some things. I'd be amazed if you woke up and it was decorated for you It's better to break it down. Is it funds that are stopping you from having a decorated livingroom? Or illness (ie pain)? If it's funds you could say this:

I am so happy and grateful now that I easily have the money to decorate my living room

And focus on that aspect.

So you have to look out for the signs. Can I just ask though, in the tv scene you 'missed' you noticed that there were mainly yellow balloons? You didn't miss them if you noticed that.

Thanks for your input. The main obstacle to me having a decorated living room is not being arsed to do it.

Anyway, I decided to go for the yellow balloon experiment. Since my life tends to be largely balloon-free, I thought I'd aim for something different and I went for a shiny spoon. Eating my spoon for lunch just now I was astonished to see that I pulled a shiny spoon from my mouth!

Arse, meant eating my soup. However, how could that have gone wrong when I had in fact ordered an error-free post? Perhaps it would have been better if I'd written down beforehand "I am happy to be making a post free of errors".

Well i did a cosmic order last night after reading this thread asking for a house amongst other things and today after months and months of getting nowhere we have to viewings lined up this weekend and early next week

No I missed it completely first time - remarked "ooh look balloons" to toddler DS, but thought nothing of it (doh!)

It was only when I looked back at the scene with balloons that I noticed lots of them were yellow, and there's a scene at the end where lots of characters are holding red balloons and green balloons, but only one is holding a yellow one, so it stands out again IYSWIM
