What would you say the cut off point is for circumcise for a child and the risks at certain ages?.

LSAR, if you are doing it for religious reasons then most religions have guidance on ages, I think Judaism is 8 days old? And Islam is between about 8 days old and 7 years old. So I'm sure if you google it you will find far more useful information.
