Hi huggy - I feel the same about hospitals in general & was given some fab remedies by my homeopath last time I had a GA. Also took rescue remedy with me which helped stop my natural inclination to panic.
A good anti stress techniques is to massage the solar plexus point on your hand (make a loose fist & the SP point is where your ring finger touches your palm.) HTH & sending healing rainbows

I will have to remember that closer to the time, Im trying not to think about it at the moment cause otherwise id panic all the time, so am concentrating on eating a packet of revels and trying not to pick the coffee or orange ones yuk!

Huggy , Im there with you on hospitals and all,(whispering about it so not to panic you). Ill have your coffee revels YUMMMM, BLUERGH at orange ones though!!! If you find some anti hospital remedy thats wow pass it on!

I gather there are a fair few yurt dwellers with real problems at the moment, and to them I bring home made ginger cake, yogi tea and a hug. But has anyone got some spare energy to give me a hug today? Got a depressed husband, depressed friends for various reasons, cranky kids, a messy home, and a rather emotionally demanding and draining job. And I'm just in need of some positive vibes and a teeny bit of nuturing. Can I sneak in under the cashmre throws and curl up for an hour, (it's the grooviest thing, it's the perfect dream...() have a hug and a catnap?

(((((HUG))))) have brought a beautiful mulitcoloured rainbow cahsmere - woven in the light of the sun, washed in the softest of rain and blessed with the twinkle of stars and moon. Wrap it around and relax a while. It's so peaceful in here I could sleep myself! That ginger cake smells wonderful..may I?

Thanks lovely people. Have bathed in the hot springs neat the yurt and am now having my head massaged by Jonny Depp who has left his wife, having heard tell of the many beautiful MN yurt women who make fab cakes and are very bendy after many years of yoga. So feeling a little better

Glitter I'm sure you're not a headcase - just a bit off kilter at the moment. Nothing that one of my special mushroom rolls won't cure ....(Iris instantly magics a huge steaming dish of crusty rolls bursting with juicy, black, happy-calming mushrooms)
