Syringe feeding rabbits - what to give

Sorry to ask here but vets aren't open yet - thought someone might have experience of this. I can't find it on google.

We have three post operative females, one of which was apparently syringe fed after surgery yesterday - she has eaten a bit of grass and an apple, there was also half a pear left last night but I don't know which of them ate this.
The other two don't seem to be interested in food, still sitting rather blankly, and I know they need to eat within 24hrs - not sure why.

Last night I panicked a bit and I'm afraid I was so sleep deprived I imagined they could have cow's milk through the syringe - they both had some, fairly happily, but now I've looked it up and it isn't suitable

Firstly could I have done them some harm, and secondly what CAN I put in these blooming syringes - the vet nurse didn't seem to have a clue but suggested liquidized broccoli. like that is going to go through the 1mm hole.

Nevertheless I will give it a try if they still look dodgy later.

Help - any advice gratefully received.

Ah it's Ok.

I was worried but have just given them some fresh wet grass and dandelion leaves, and they are both starting to nibble!

Mind you they still look a bit zombie-ish, I think it must be sore for them, poor things.

at least the milk didn't kill them, anyway...
