What is the knidest way to rehome my beagle?

We have to get rid of her but I dont want to sell her and just have her going to someone who might not take care of her.

Poppyscock - I really think you should explore behavioural treatment for your dog - if you can't afford £40 for this then really you should not be keeping a dog as all dog owners should have a bit in reserve to cover odd bits of vet abd other expenditure ( even with insurance there is always the excess to pay). I have had three dogs in the 18 years I've had children and we have had the odd snap and growl here and there, but you just have to be sensible about these things. I think people who have always kept dogs do develop an intuition, maybe this is harder if you are inexperienced.
