new bed for elderly dog
new collar for ever-growing pup
yummy meaty food for cats...

a catnip mouse and some dental nibbles for the cat
a burrowing tube and some nibbles for the gerbils
some new weed for the fish

waves to PO ...you ok lovely?, not seen you around here and keep missing you on fb

was going to get them some new toys but couldn't get to a decent pet shop in time so will just have to let the kittens play with the baubles and give momma cat and big brother cat some sardines in tomato sauce for breakfast.

My mum always buys presents for our pets from her pet and we do the same.

So this year her dog has got a rope chew toy from our cats and hamster

My mum has bought something for each of our 2 cats and a pack of bedding for DD's hamster who unfortunately snuffed it yesterday afternoon

Ah poor hamster.
I've just switched on the fish tank light and found my angel fish dead. I don't think I'll mention it just yet, dd probably won't notice with everything else going on.

i just gave mine a brazil nut and they were sooooooooooooooooo happy

oh to that small, furry and easily pleased!!

Cat - 2 lots of nice food and a bottle of cat milk.
Hamsters - play things.
Fish - nothing. I forgot about then until yesterday and didn't go out today.

A larger than normal hide chew for each of the dawgs.

Why shouldn't the pets get presents?
Our dog is getting a new play set with frisbee, ball and ball-on-string thing. She also buys something for her best friend every year, and gets something in return.

Do the same for birthdays.

Are we wierd? I thought all pet people did this...

My mum has just driven over to deliver presents for our cat so that dd can give them to him in the morning rather than make him wait...

fish are all swimming to top and geting the bloosowrms

hammies are estatic over the brzil nuts, also brought them sprouts from parents house and again hammies are so excited and running about,not sure where to store then
