Things your dog must think humans do that’s very weird!

Just a light hearted thread for a Saturday morning 🥰.

Our dog prefers to drink out of the toilets to his perfectly nice water bowl, he’ll even grumble for a “fresh flush” of nice cold water 🤢. He must think it’s very odd that his disgusting humans pee and poo in his water bowls!

He must also think it’s weird that he tries to lick our faces to show how much he loves us (we don’t let him especially when he’s been in the aforementioned toilet!) and we’ve never once given him licks back!

I think most of what we do must be a mystery to them. Not only why do I change clothes (out of pjs in to day wear) to walk them, but why do I have to wear clothes at all? Why do I run the loud thing over the floors all the time? Why am I not happier when I come across them eating some old thing in a field?

I dread to think, there’s an app you can download that tells you what they can and can’t have (which is surprisingly a lot of plants!) and apparently daffodils cause heart paralysis to tortoises… which is the muscle you’d lest want to be paralysed!

Oh yes, our dog is very perplexed by showers (house rain) and why we’d willingly get into it and changing of fur. And yes obviously, we should know what his staring and stamping means (actually, usually I do, it means dinner time, walk time or bed time depending on the time of day 😂).

Oh and he’s also most affronted that I can’t turn the outside rain off like o can with the inside rain especially when it’s raining both in the front garden and the back garden!
