Reputable breeder for Cavapoo

I'm not sure where to start! It seems impossible to find a responsible breeder for Cavapoos, who health tests (incl DNA).
Can anyone recommend a good breeder who provides DNA tests for both parents . I am looking for fb1 toy Cavapoo xx

Cavapoos aren't pedigree so no-one reputable will be breeding them as they do with pedigrees Apparently it's not a good idea to breed spaniels with poodles as their offspring can be difficult to train and neurotic, or they can be hyper and need a lot of enrichment.

However they can be great family pets and needs tracing, exercise and mental stimulation to act as one.

We considered a cavapoo, but I decided against for the reasons given by @GettingStuffed

We went for a pedigree. I would have taken a rescue, but we had specific needs and there were none available in centres nearby. Hybrids tend to be cheaper (not much sometimes) and so breeders will not do the same testing that a pedigree breeder might. I would have been happy to take a cockapoo before I did some research - now I'm not so sure about them. A friend has one who has turned out a bit ragey - they have a beautifully behaved rescue Jack Russell, so that also put me off a 'designer breed'. I know most are lovely, and I'm not convinced that mixing breeds is a bad thing, but I wanted a bit more certainty about what I was buying this time.

I'd be wary of Poodle X anything.

I have a little rescue one - officially a cookerpoo.
All I can say is, the dog is a failed pet due to it's high energy levels combined with intelligence. But an excellent worker!
If you after temperament and health tests, go down the pedigree route.

Look for someone who is established and breeds for both health and temperament. If you can, also look for someone who is happy to breed from impotent dogs. That's for lower inbreeding, as a lot of pedigree dogs in the UK have issues around inbreeding.
