Neighbours cat wont go away!

Hi
My neighbour has 4 cats all well looked after, neutered etc, but she got a puppy about 6 months ago and now one of her cats is always in my garden. It wouldn't bother me as I have my own elderly cat but he won't go away. He's crying outside and always trying to run in my house. He's peeing on everything and scratching at my windows and doors. I'm at my wits end. I've spoke to the neighbour and she says "what can you do! " it's been hot this week and I can't open my doors or windows as he's trying to get in. My garden is all concrete so nothing exciting for him. The neighbour told my to spray him with water and he still doesn't leave!
Any advice
Thanks

Many years ago i had the same problem with a neighbours cat.
Mr chip as i called him he became my best friend for years.
Always there for me waiting.
Next door was moving away only across town about 30 min but guess who was at my back door 2 days later.
He always came back no matter how many times she collected him.
Old neighbour rang me one day we had a chat.
Long story short i had him till he died.
I dont even like pets but he was different.

He's a lovely cat he's just not mine.we named him shadow cos he's fully black and always creeping around. I can pick him up and throw him around if i wanted to. The neighbour said "he's my favourite" just can't see how that can be when he's outside mine all day and night. He goes home for food twice a day then he's straight back. It's a battle all the time with him!

I don't think coming in would bother me but peeing in things is a totally different matter!

It wouldn't bother me if he came in an lay down but he runs in and is jumping over everything. He climbs in with my clean washing, all over my kitchen counters, table etc. He's all over my 2 year old and she hates it.

Sounds like you have 2 cats and your neighbour has 3. Cats choose their owners and I think you've been chosen.

He's packed his bags and moved out because he doesn't like the puppy. Personally I would welcome him if he came to my house, he would probably calm down if left to his own devices.

My next door neighbour's cat spends the majority of his time in my garden every day, plays with my cat and tries to come into the house any occasion he gets.

He seems to be a well fed and much loved pet...but for whatever reason he has decided that he likes my side of the fence better.

Maybe this one will go back home once it gets used to the annoying new puppy!
