How do I get my cat to accept newcomer?

This is a sad situation. My neighbour and dear friend died a couple of months ago and he leaves behind his much loved cat. His wish was for us to take in his cat as he is used to the area and loves to go out and about.
My neighbour lived literally just across the road and we live in a small close of seven houses. His house is empty now, the family have disposed of most of the furniture but they have left the cat flap open so the cat (Bonnie) can still go in and out.
For the first few weeks I fed Bonnie in the back garden of the neighbour’s house and spent time sitting there with him so he would get used to me.
For the last two weeks, I have progressed to getting him to come over to my house for his food, which he does two or three times a day.
The problem is that I have two male cats of my own. One gets on fine with Bonnie but the other one doesn’t like him at all. I have been leaving the front door open so that Bonnie knows I am around during the day and maybe encourage him to come in.
My cat has taken to sitting or lying on the doorstep all day to stop Bonnie coming in, the other day they actually had a fight.
I’ve got a Feliway plug in the hall, and a spray which I spray on the doormat.
I am at a loss as to what I can do to make this work. I really want to try and get Bonnie into the house before the Autumn and cold weather comes, as once the neighbour’s house is sold, I’m sure he won’t be able to go back there.
Sorry for the long post and any suggestions would be really appreciated.
