Is my cat Male or female?

We've had our kitten for 5 months now, always known her to be a girl. However the other day my partner had her upside down and stroked her belly. I saw what I believe to be two fluffy balls, the photo isn't clear and I'm going to take her to the vets to be neutered anyway, she has long fur so it's hard to tell. What do you think?

Maybe she is a girl but her bits are swollen because she is about to have a season 🤔

My DSis had an Ella that became Eddie .
I'd guess male too, but difficult to tell.

My kittens are shorter haired and the balls were VERY obvious from 3 months old when we got them. Our vet was happy to neuter as soon as they were 2kg, which ended up being four months old. With a brother and sister pair sooner rather than later was best!

In dogs yes but not the same in felines.
