The Wright stuff, could this be the same child who supposedly threw puppy out of the door, coincidence or not

Have you got a link to the story on here? Watching now - shocked!

PonderLand · 27/07/2017 10:37

I'm watching it now too. Definitely the same story. I can't find the old thread though!

ThoseDarnBuns · 27/07/2017 10:37

Yes same story all details the same apart from the window.
Picked up by the Daily Mail first (again) I think.

SnickersWasAHorse · 27/07/2017 10:39

The old thread was deleted.

WhineCellar · 27/07/2017 10:40

Why was it deleted? What's the story?

SoupDragon · 27/07/2017 10:41

The MN thread claimed it was thrown from the back door.

SoupDragon · 27/07/2017 10:42

The story a child threw a young puppy out of the back door because it was being annoying (i.e. Being a puppy) and broke its back, killing it instantly.

Shockers · 27/07/2017 10:43
Sad
WhineCellar · 27/07/2017 10:45

How upsetting. Was it a troll?

randomer · 27/07/2017 10:50

Rubbish

SoPassRemarkable · 27/07/2017 10:53

It was deleted as it turned into bunfight. Not for being a troll. So dunno if a troll or not.

lovemycatsanddog · 27/07/2017 10:56

I think the Wright stuff said it was in the Telegraph,
I was just going to switch channels when this was mentioned
The story on mumsnet was the boy threw it out of the door, but considering the poor things injuries it didnt sound right,it had a broken back, so obviously force or thrown from a height
Poor little puppy

I remember the MN story and my memory was that he'd thrown it from his bedroom window so I thought at least one storey up.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 27/07/2017 11:05

It wasn't out of a window on the thread. He threw the puppy possible as a result of a nip. Dropped not thrown out of a window.

RiseToday · 27/07/2017 11:10

I remember her saying she was upstairs putting 3 of the younger kids to bed whilst the other 2 were downstairs unsupervised with the pup and her son threw the puppy out of the back door.

So it was actually thrown out of an upstairs window FFS?

Lynnm63 · 27/07/2017 11:13

It's the same story but typically for the Wright Stuff they have half the facts and run with the story anyway.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 27/07/2017 11:15

So it was actually thrown out of an upstairs window FFS?

No it wasn't.

lovemycatsanddog · 27/07/2017 11:17

Mthew Wight said he would be concerned that a 4 year old was upstairs with an open window,
Someone suggested the child see a Psychologist

HattiesBackpack · 27/07/2017 11:17

I remember the thread, the 4 yr old threw the puppy out of the backdoor, the OP got a bit of a bashing because there were 3 adults in the house at the time, none of whom were supervising small child and puppy.

Gileswithachainsaw · 27/07/2017 11:19

I thought it was thrown out the door too?

Three adults cctv and still no one watching the kids.

Was all a bit strange

lovemycatsanddog · 27/07/2017 11:21

Well i cant believe the puppy would have had so much damage from being thrown by a small child from a doorway, it could possibly have got up and run away in that case
I do believe it was thrown from a height, and i thought so when i read the post

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 27/07/2017 11:23

It was a tiny puppy, too young to be away from its mum. They're not cats, drop them and they break!

Gileswithachainsaw · 27/07/2017 11:24

The suggestion that the kid must have thrown it woth some force deliberately and perhaps it wasn't a bad idea to keep an eye out for any problems or see a Dr didn't go down to well eitger. Ok wasn't particularly forthcoming with a breed either which lead me to believe it perhaps wasn't a chiuahah or miniature yorkie where they are so small damage is more easily done but something bigger.

Plus I tried to point out puppies are usually homed at around 10-12 weeks from reputable places and so aren't tiny tiny eitger

Lynnm63 · 27/07/2017 13:05

Our St. Bernard puppy at 12 wks was the size of a small dog.
