because I sometimes think she is really lonely, there are no other cats here, well there must be some but I feel that she seems so bored at times.
She likes me and my dd4, but she spends alot of time in other peoples houses, even when we are here lol.

She isn't the brightest cat, but she is quite sweet but v independent. Was wondering if she would even take to a new cat, it would just be nice to have another one. I would love to think that she would have a friend to cuddle up to, or stare at or do those other cat things.

Has anyone introduced another cat into a opne cat family with success?? I dont want to upset her. We had a fab boy catoyrs ago, got another boy and he hated him, had to re home 2nd one to my sis in the end.

well, she's still young, so if you want another cat, now's probably the best time to do it. I don't think she'll change her ways though - she just loves doing her own thing and visiting the neighbours. I'm sure she's having a great time. There's a cat like that on our road - always in someone else's house, (on their bed usually cheeky thing!) she even tries to get in our house even though we have a cat eating dog! All the neighbours love her though because of her audacity.

As lone hunters cats don't need or indeed want friends as a rule.

yes i was thinking of that, not so scary for her.
