I feel guilty for keeping her. Dd1 hates her and screems when she is in the house which means she is shut in the conservatory and outside alot. She's an over friendly cat and i have just had another complaint from a lady down the road as the cat has been climbing uner the bonnit on her 4x4 and this morning she found cat poo under her bonnit, another person has complained as she has been getting into their im evdoes'nt like cats and does'nt like her around his feet all the time (she follows him evrywhere).

Do you think i am doing the right thing?

And does anyone want my very friendly cat?

for you, but it sounds like you've made the right decision.
It is a problem if your son doesn't like her, and she deserves to be loved by everyone in her home.
Slightly that your neighbour checked under her bonnet for cat poo - I thought I needed to get out more, but.....
Where do you live?

Marne · 20/12/2006 15:43

My neighbour said she was checking the oil on her car and she said its lucky she checked of it would of smaelt bad when the car got hot

Im in Dorset/somerset border

Sorry, to far from me, but I hope you find someone who would like her.
Have you contacted Blue Cross?
(Still perturbed by your neighbour - is she a forensic cat poo expert? It might have been another cat, they often curl up near warm cars in this weather.)

I mean, too far from me!

What a shame we have just got another cat otherwise I'd have nabbed her. Our previous cat was so very friendly that I didn't want to end up with an aloof one. The rspca will rehome her for you. How sad!

The neighbour said she has found her under their a few times, im worried that someone may start their car with her under their

Im going to phone around to see if i can find her a home if not i will phone our loccal rehoming centre.

She sounds like a lovely cat. I'm in Dorset. Has she been spayed? We've got a Tom and want to get a female as we'd like to have a couple of litters of kittens. How old is she?

Marne · 21/12/2006 07:35

Yep she was spayed last month, she's 6 months old, white and grey and just loves people.

She sounds gorgeous. I hope you manage to find her a nice home.
