rofl

Rhubarb · 05/07/2006 21:33

Yes. Monkeys do.
We had a dog, a bitch, and she used to shag her pillow, people's legs and anything she could, was a tad embarrassing really. She'd also piss herself when she got excited. Bless.

1Baby1Bump · 05/07/2006 21:35

no they dont!
i have 2 girl dogs and one tries to hump the other.
the humper is trying to dominate the humpee. they are trying to sort out a pecking order so if you were to introduce a female, they would know who gets the first go.

love animals....theyre funneee!!

charliecat · 05/07/2006 21:35

hmmm, learn something new everyday and all that So should I leave them to it? Its always the big one on top of the wee one...

I remember watching the osbournes on tv and one of their dogs was seeing to the cat up the bum.

geekgrrl · 05/07/2006 21:38

yes, they do. I think almost all breeds of animals do, even some ducks etc.

HandlebarMoustache · 05/07/2006 21:39

What a fuckin daft question

BigBoaby · 05/07/2006 21:39

1baby1bump has it spot on. Its not sexual attraction, but a sign of dominance.

1baby1bump - How come you knew that but couldn't work out how pg you are????? LOL!

fennel · 05/07/2006 21:39

I thought my girl gerbils (Frieda and Matilda) were unusually frisky. til they had children. 26 of them altogether.

perhaps check your rats more closely? our Matilda turned out to be Matthew.

BettySpaghetti · 05/07/2006 21:40

Does no one remember Big Gay Al's Big Gay Animal Sanctuary???

(South Park )

thewomanwhothoughtshewasahat · 05/07/2006 21:41

I did once see a rather confused dog try to mount another dog at the front. kind of like "come on then gizza blow job". not sure if the recipient of the attention was a dog or a bitch though. and in a particularly memorable moment, when asked by a friend what happened I told her that the owner came along and pulled him off

BigBoaby · 05/07/2006 21:42

ROFL at "pulled them off"!!!!!!

charliecat · 05/07/2006 21:43

They both have balls bigger than the average man...definelty boys

OP posts:
SecurMummy · 05/07/2006 21:44

they did a big study on sheep (or goats - can't recall) turns out that yes they do do this - lots!

However there was much debate on if it was genetic or if there was a difference in the brain or behavioural (dominance) but what was definiate was that they do engage in activities

Trev · 05/07/2006 21:45

Yes, dolphins and monkeys are quite typical apparently.

Rhubarb · 05/07/2006 21:45

Monkeys do I tell ya! I saw a David Attenborough thingy and he was saying that male apes go for each other!

1Baby1Bump · 05/07/2006 21:46

Mytwopenceworth · 05/07/2006 21:48

i had a pair of male rats called Pernod and Baccardi. they enjoyed one anothers company in ways that would have been displeasing to the likes of mary whitehouse

muma3 · 05/07/2006 21:48

my mums exp had a male dog and a male cat that never left each other alone lol

LilacWine · 05/07/2006 21:50

my parents have a cat (male) & dog (female) and the dog humps the cat. i never got how that worked.

Mytwopenceworth · 05/07/2006 21:54

also, mum had a rabbit that shagged the cat silly on daily basis.

cat bloody loved it, i tell you! used to wait for the rabbit with her bum stuck out!
