Sorry I know it's not the same as losing a human but I can't stop crying. I thought I could join this page as I'm finding it difficult. I have been nursing her since last year and it's hard to just see her go. So quick.

OP posts:

Sorry Op, I am sure you are upset, but this is a highly inappropriate place to post.

bruxeur · 21/04/2013 19:37

Add some carrots, potatoes and onions and move it to Recipes instead.

reelingintheyears · 21/04/2013 19:38

bruxeur,i thought that too. Smile

Portofino · 21/04/2013 19:40

There is a HUGE difference between being upset over losing a much loved pet and losing a child/parent/sibling/friend etc. If you don't see that then grips need to be got pronto.

popuphairbrush · 21/04/2013 19:40

I am so sorry about your rabbit OP. It is very hard and painful to lose a much lovedd pet and you must feel shocked and bereft right now. Cry as much as you need to. Be kind to yourself. Time is a great healer, and it wont always hurt like this.

Please ignore the unkind posts on here. You are new and meant no offence. Sadly there are some very aggressive, unpleasant people on this site who should be ashamed of their nasty reponses. Your grief is valid.

I hope you get the support you need in the pets section. Take care.xx

PregnantPain · 21/04/2013 19:40

There are some fucking spiteful people on here at the moment, she made a small error and you jump on her like a pack of wolves.

Should all be ashamed of yourselves.

PregnantPain · 21/04/2013 19:41

I really do get there are people on here who have lost children etc, but come on!

reelingintheyears · 21/04/2013 19:41

SHE IS NOT NEW.

PregnantPain · 21/04/2013 19:43

So what? That means she should have a complex understanding of the inner workings of the whole fucking site? Please.

Hi all, we're going to move this to the pets section

popuphairbrush · 21/04/2013 19:45

Oh, so if she is not new, better bully, mock and abuse her. Revolting people.

WaynettaSlobsLover · 21/04/2013 19:47

What a nasty little bunch on here.

One mistake and some horrible bile spewed just for the sake of it.

Some of YOU bitchy women in particular are precisely why mumsnet gets bad press sometimes. Hmm

TidyDancer · 21/04/2013 19:48

This popped up in active convos. I'm stunned at the vitriol tbh. Totally unnecessary.

bruxeur · 21/04/2013 19:50

Perhaps the OP's rabbit ACTUALLY got jumped on by a pack of wolves. Have some sensitivity ffs.

WellIShouldNever · 21/04/2013 19:51

How rude some of you ladies are. A loss is a loss, whether it be a rabbit or a human. If you love that someone / thing that much, that you need to grief, then you are justified in your feelings.

And OP did say rabbit in the title, you didn't have to double click on it and read on did you.
Bedtime 1 - im really sorry that you lost your bunny. I hope you get over it soon. I knows you'll never forget your bunny.

popuphairbrush · 21/04/2013 19:53

Glad this has been moved. OP, i hope you come back and have not been driven away by a spiteful few. Do you feel able
to tell us some more about your rabbit?

This is the side of MN that make people believe we are a nest of vipers. Some horrible people and horrible comments here.
