Why would the petition cite the Cass review, when Cass supports the clinical trial?

The Telegraph have picked up on it, on the strength of JK Rowling's tweet.
I suspect if the Times and Daily Mail do the same, it will easily go over the 100k mark and politicians will be pushed to hold a debate, if only to show "they are listening."

I'm not holding out much hope beyond that. I think Streeting will insist that the present safeguards will be enough and soldier on regardless.
